One25 is a brilliant charity helping women trapped in the sex trade step away from violence and poverty and create a new life full of hope and promise. A safe life.

I am doing a five day sponsored silence to raise money for the charity, if you can spare a couple of quid to help it really would be appreciated.

I enjoy talking, seriously, I do. This is going to be a challenge… More so than giving up chocolate for lent! So please help make this worth it (or, if nothing else, give my friends five days of peace and quiet)!
